Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Bhrum products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 916-491-9219. After receiving return authorization return the item(s) to us in the original packaging with all free gifts and documentation included. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 916-491-9219 for authorization. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please be aware that this return policy applies only to items purchased from Bhrum or a Bhrum-authorized retailer. We are not responsible for any items purchased from other sources.
